Metrological Inspection of a Pump Shaft Line

A metrological inspection was carried out on a pump shaft line as part of an on-site technical assessment. The purpose of the intervention was to verify the alignment and geometry of the bearings, both in their operational position and after disassembly.

Measurements were performed using a high-precision laser tracker, enabling a detailed analysis of the structure and its mechanical interfaces. The study focused on rotational axes and support surfaces, taking into account the specific mounting configurations.

All measurements defined in the scope of the mission were successfully completed, allowing for validation of the installation’s geometry and confirmation of its expected behavior under real operating conditions.
