HOT TAPPING
Hot tapping allows new pipelines to be connected to existing ones while they remain in service, maintaining optimal functionality.
Thanks to hot tapping expertise, these tie-ins can be carried out without interrupting the production flow, thereby avoiding downtime and associated economic losses.
Scope of work:
• Drilling diameter from 1/2’’ to 20’’ (larger sizes upon request)
• Maximum operating temperature: 370°C at 48 bar
• Maximum operating pressure: 100 bar at 38°C
LINE STOPPING
Line stopping makes it possible to isolate pressurized pipelines using advanced techniques, even when no existing isolation method is available.
During plugging operations, a bypass can be installed to maintain production flow, thereby avoiding downtime and associated economic losses.
Scope of work:
• Plugging diameter from 2’’ to 4’’ (larger sizes upon request)
• Maximum operating temperature: 200°C
• Maximum operating pressure: 34 bar
